Return Policy

At Wills Wears it's important to us that you love your clothing. We do our best to be informative about the print, brand, quality, and sizing of each of our pieces, however, sometimes it just doesn't work out. This is our return policy. 
  • Returned items must be in their original condition. This means items must be unworn, unwashed, and the original tag must be attached to the clothing. Items with stains, strong odors, or smells of smoke, pets, or outdoors will not be accepted. 
  • Items will be returned for store credit only and must be returned within 14 days of original purchase. Wills Wears does not offer refunds. 
  • Customers are responsible for original and  return shipping, if applicable. This will not be reimbursed. 
  • Seasonal items are not eligible for returns 
  • Holiday items are not eligible for returns 
  • Custom items are not eligible for returns (Wills Wears reserves the right to determine what is considered a custom item and whether or not it is eligible for return)
  • “Faux” printed items are not eligible for return. Failure of consumer to read description or understand the meaning of the word “faux” is not the responsibility of Wills Wears 
  • Items containing a year on the product are not eligible for return
  • Items ordered for a team or containing a team name are not eligible for return
  • Items ordered for a special occasion-i.e. the superbowl or any other occasion are not eligible for return 
  • Sale and or clearance items are not eligible to be returned
  • It is the buyers responsibility to thoroughly read their invoice and check for accuracy. Returns will not be accepted if the products received matches what was stated on the invoice. 
  • Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days. Store credit will be applied to your account for your next purchase. 

How do I return my item?

Within the 14 day window, if you've decided to return your item, please email us at willswears@outlook.com to notify us of your return. You can then ship your item, at your expense,  to the address below.

Can I exchange my item?

Exchanges can be made for a different size of the same item by emailing willswears@outlook.com with your request. If we have the newly desired size available, we will send it to you upon receiving your unwanted item. If the sizing you request is no longer available, store credit will be issued to your account.
